Amendment to [Section 3.1.1] of the Credit Agreement. [Section 3.1.1] [Revolving Credit Interest Rate Options] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in full to read as follows:

Amendment to [Section 3.2]. The pa1iies mutually agree that the Agreement is amended to add a new [Section 3.2(a)], which shall read as follows:

Amendment to [Section 3.5.3]. [Section 3.5.3] of the Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety with the following in respect of orders for Products placed after the Amendment Effective Date:

Amendment to [Section 3.1] of the Credit Agreement. [Section 3.1] [Interest Rate Options] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in full to read as follows:

Amendment to [Section 3.32(b)]. [Section 3.32(b)] of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the text “July ​, 2018” therein with “July 16, 2018”.

Amendment to [Section 3.5.2]. [Section 3.5.2] of the Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety with the following in respect of orders for SenStar Treatment Links placed after the Amendment Effective Date and until an adjustment is made in accordance with [Section 3.5.7] of the Agreement:

Amendment to [Section 3.4]. [Section 3.4] of the Agreement shall be amended in its entirety to read as follows:

Amendment to [Section 3.10]. [Section 3.10] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following language to the end of the section:

Amendment to [Section 3.2]. [Section 3.2] of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety by the following:
